1. Booking Policy

Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or third-party platforms.

A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.

Full payment is required at the time of booking (unless otherwise stated).

2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time: 13:00 hours

Check-out time: 10:30 hours

Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

3. House Rules

No smoking inside the apartment (designated smoking areas may be available).

No illegal activities or disruptive behavior allowed.

Guests must take care of the property and report any damages.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
A. Flexible Cancellation

More than 15 days before check-in: Full refund.

Between 7 to 15 days before check-in: 50% refund.

Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.
B. No-show Policy

If a guest does not check in on the scheduled date, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
C. Early Departure

If a guest checks out before the reserved date, the remaining stay amount is non-refundable.
D. Modification Policy

Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Liability & Responsibility

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. ZoomStay is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.

Any damages to the apartment beyond normal wear and tear will be chargeable.

ZoomStay reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests who violate house rules.

6. Force Majeure

ZoomStay is not responsible for cancellations or service disruptions due to natural disasters, pandemics, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
